Therapeutic support and holistic coaching
My work sits at the crossroads of coaching and therapy. I support people who want to break free from cycles of addiction, restriction, bingeing, or control, and build a solid foundation for living differently – with more freedom, safety, and kindness toward themselves.
My approach is grounded in recovery in the broadest sense: understanding what certain behaviours or substances have been trying to provide, exploring their roots, and learning new ways to meet those needs. I work particularly with addiction, eating disorders, and neurodivergent experiences such as autism and ADHD.
Each process is designed with a holistic perspective, taking into account the entirety of a person’s life, including systems of support and oppression they may experience directly or indirectly, and the possibility of finding new ways of relating to oneself and the world. The goals are clear and concrete, but the space remains alive, adaptable, and deeply human.
The framework is protective, with a clear contract, confidentiality, shared objectives, and a mutual commitment to honesty and respect. This is intended to be a space for taking care of yourself, not another source of pressure.
I offer sessions between 50 minutes and an hour, via Zoom or in person in Dieppe, Normandy France. Use the ‘quick chat’ Calendly link or contact form below to know more.

My approach
My approach to therapy and coaching is based on deep, active listening, adaptability, and respect for each person’s pace. I draw on a range of tools from coaching, cognitive and behavioural therapies, and more integrative approaches, always focusing on what works best for the individual and their situation. The framework is flexible but supportive: together, we build a way of working that is meaningful and provides real tools and skills, in tune with the person’s context and current capacity.
I always keep in mind the social, cultural, and institutional dimensions that shape our experiences and resources, alongside each person’s unique history. This systemic awareness allows me to stay grounded in the complex reality of each individual, and to hold the whole picture in a truly holistic way.
I respect each person’s freedom and autonomy, including when they are expressed through choices or behaviours different from my own. When tension or difficulty arises within the therapeutic process, I prioritise direct communication, clarity, and compassion. My intention is to create and nurture a space where we can explore, understand, and grow, without judgement or pressure.

Work with organisations and teams
I also work with companies, associations, and institutions that want to strengthen their support and management practices through a deeper understanding of human realities. My work takes the form of training sessions, workshops, or sensitivity readings, all designed to meet your specific needs.
My trainings are grounded in current research and several years of hands-on experience. They address topics such as mental health, addiction, eating behaviours, neurodivergence, and burnout, as well as the cultural and organisational factors that influence wellbeing at work. The goal is to support professional practices that are more inclusive, coherent, and responsive to contemporary challenges.
Each collaboration is built on a clear and respectful framework, creating environments where everyone can grow with safety, curiosity, and integrity.

Writing
I write and create regularly on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Substack, and Patreon.
I share reflections, experiences, and tools around care, recovery, and the ways we learn to live with more freedom and gentleness. Access is free, and any financial contributions simply help sustain this work. Most of my writing is in English for now, but if you’d like to see more in French, let me know!
